Refund / Return Policy
To request a return:
Contact us at customerservicegvlinder@gmail.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order invoice and the reason for your return with a photo of the item.
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange. This does not include sales items.
- Sales items are FINAL sales.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- We process all refunds and store credits within 10 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email customerservicegvlinder@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
- white clothes are not returned .
Refund (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will email you your store credit code to use on your future purchase.
